Mike Finkelstein and SSDI

I talked with Mike tonight to make sure he was still willing to help anyone who needs to apply for Social Security disability. He is available and he will help you. For years I have been advising folks to contact Mike to get help with this. Mike is a PNer himself and has been on PN disability for 18 years and has helped many PNers get their claims approved - often on the first try!!! He knows the disability application process inside and out and enjoys helping his fellow PNers with their application and has helped several on this and other PN sites. He doesn't do the actual application but guides you from start to finish and he does not charge for his expertise. I think, though, that after you get that first disability check that you will want to send him a nice little stipend as a thank you for his help though he will never ask for anything! His reward is knowing that he helped yet another PN patient who became disabled.

Mike advised me tonight there is a slight change from the past and that you should contact him first by email at: mike3736@hotmail.com and to be sure and include your full telephone number and what time zone your in so he can call you back. This is now necessary because he is doing some parttime work and might not be available if you were to call him as I have advised in the past.

I have known Mike for several years and he is absolutely legitimate and dependable. So, if you need SSDI Mike is the guy to contact and he will save you a ton of $$$ in legal fees. Email him immediately if you are disabled and need SSDI --- you've got nothing to lose and everything to gain.

Wow, this gentlemen sounds wonderful I wish I would have known about him when I was applying. I currently have my benefits and the process was not as bad as I thought just took a long time. Anyway I only wanted to make anyone aware who is currently using a attorney for help in winning your case. When you hire a Disability Attorney they are only allowed to charge the current federal rate of $6000, when I applied it was $5300. When you win the Federal Goverment will pay your attorney his fee from your settlement. Your attorney will have you sign a form stating the release of the fee directly to your attorney from your settlement. Don't ever give an attorney money for fighting a disability claim and if you lose then he gets nothing. That is the rule and all disability attorneys are aware of it. Please remember this is a federal law it does not go state by state.

Good Luck.
