Hi Melody, thought we all knew, a pd'er is a person with parkinsons disease, or pd. thanks for the welcome! Who is the quality control person around here, or do they accept
everyone, regardless of attitude?LOL

Darlene, your note is so pretty, Just like I bet you are, thanks for the nice message, I prob will be on mostly at night as I still work in the daytime-a real estate broker and still love what I do

Hi, and welcome to NT! This is such a great place with many friendly, caring, and helpful people.

We're so glad you found us! :)

Thanks Maryann. THis IS not what I thought my life would be like at 70 and I would like to speak to the person in charge here!!! Ever feel like saying that? ANd if you said it, did it make any difference? Just checking:) To everything there is a purpose. Okay, I long ago accepted that I have it, it being pd (and there is a reason it is in lower case) now, what do I do with it?? At first I said "I might have pd but it will never have me". Are you kidding me? It kicks my butt any day it wants, but to me, it is still in lower case. It is still how you deal with it, all about attitiude. It will be over when I say its over.....

Okay, now I know what a pd'r is. lol

And attitude is EVERYTHING when you have an illness. I believe the mind controls the body, I also believe what we put in our bodies, helps us to heal.

I've been doing that for 5 years now. So far so good.

I hope you keep that spunky attitude. You'll be around for years to come.

You're only 70!!!

I'm only 62, JUST LEARNING HOW TO COOK GORMET VEGETARIAN DISHES, I learned how to be a sprouter (I sprout 90% of what I eat), look up Sprouting on Google and you'll have a laugh.

I'm on youtube with my sprouting videos.

Who says anyone over the age of 60 is old?

Not this babe.

Not by a long shot.

Have LOTS of stuff to learn yet.

I'm only beginning.

and so are you.

So keep reading and posting.

Nice having you here.

Melody
