Tiredness

Hey guys, have not beem on in a couple of weeks so hope everyone is good. I have noticed that in the few days I have really been struggling with tired feet and legs. I have had PN now for about a year and have seen new symptoms all the time, was wondering if this was one?
My feet and legs have started feeling like lumps of leg just below the knee. Its the sort of feeling you get after a really long day and when you are ready for bed. I first noticed it on Monday at work but put it down to two busy work days. I hve done nothing today and am feeling the same now. Its so bad I was thinking of having a walk down the pub tonight but not sure I can be bothered. (Its a seven minute walk from my house- twenty seven on way back.) What do you guys think?

Tired feelings can come from many things.

One is chronic use of alcohol...
another is insulin resistance
another is drug interactions,
or certain vitamin deficiencies.

We really need to know more about you to make more informed suggestions. So please do post more about yourself, your medical history, your age, etc. What you feel comfortable about sharing on the net.

Don't know if it has to do with PN, but I so feel you. I have days where I struggle to make my legs work. It's as if gravity has increased and I can barely lift my legs to walk. I don't know the cause, but you're not alone. Best of luck to us all.:)

I have found that meds make my feet and legs very heavy. If I cut out the lyrica the burn comes back hard but I also have more sensation in my feet and the brain signal that says move your leg isnt delayed. Also water retention adds weight to the legs , feet requiring more effort IMO.

All vey stressfull since we dont really know when to stop/start blaming P.N on everything. My mum recently died of cancer and being a chronic sufferer of P.N she, just blamed the symptoms on that and kept increasing pain meds. On a lighter note she was thrilled to be on morphine and pain free first time in 20 years :)
