Has anyone tried a Power balance band?
 

Question in the title really!

i know they can be expensive but the internet is a wonderful thing. You can get them real cheap if you're a believer.

I can only express my own opinion (and call me a sucker if you want) but I've actually found it really helps my balance and well being, especially when on horse-back.
