Nutritional supplement question
Hi
My mothernlaw is after me to start acai and goji berry juice stuff. Now before I do I wanted opinions. Is this stuff hype or good to add to the regimen. I think 444 level of my b12 is low so should I do shots or OTC is enough. Thanku |
