Fatigue, Ear Ringing, Headaches

Hello, My name is Michael. I am 21 years old, perfectly healthy (or I think so):D

I have been feeling tired lately. My sleeping is kind of out of whack, it usually going from 3-am to around 11 am. Today I went to sleep at 3, but woke up at 9, I was feeling much more energized.

I also have a weird diet. I eat maybe a couple hours after waking, then eat again a few hours after that, and again after that. I am more energetic when I eat more often, as Im sure anyone would be.

I exercise fairly often, but since having my hand and ankle injured, I havent exercised in about a week or two. It is actually making me feel more tired.

The reason I am here is because I am tired, I have random ringing in my ears, and headaches.

When I wake up, I do not have any headaches.
I do wake up tired though. I may be depressed.

Last night, my room was silent. And my ears were still ringing. I had a headache also. Is this something I should be worried about?
The headache felt throbbing. In fact, it felt like I could hear my pulse from my neck.

any insight would be much appreciated. :thanx:

I have ringing in my ears and fibromyalgia. I have been reading some research by Martin Pall that says the nitric oxide system in our bodies gets out of balance and can cause these symptoms. You might look at his book "Explaining Unexplained Illnesses". His treatment which is mostly lots of antioxidants has been helping me. You can read parts of the book on amazon or on google books.

Michael, is there any change in your regular routine? You really have weird lifestyle i.e. sleeping time & the diet. Headaches may be caused by a number of conditions, such as disorders of the neck, eyes, brain, jaw, teeth or even sinus infection. Medications, dehydration, or changing levels of hormones can also influence headaches. The exact cause of headaches cannot be ascertained immediately. There are several conditions that need to be looked into.
If it happens again please make an appointment with your physician, don’t just ignore it.

Low vitamin B12 can cause ringing in the ears, as well as tiredness. Also, when your B12 levels are low it's often the case that you can't sleep as well.

Many things deplete vitamin B12, particularly stress.

You might check a list of vitamin B12 symptoms and see if any others are ones you're experiencing. If they are, B12 lozenges work very well. Methylcobalamin is the form that's most nearly what our bodies use, so it does tend to work faster. Though in people as young as you, the more common cyanocobalamin seems to work fine.
