Difficult Day
 

Not sure how to explain. Just having a bad day. Sent an e-mail to a family member and shodnt' ahve done it. Usually I wait before I send most e-mails. Didn't this time. Stpuid. Very angry at self. Ugh!

Thank you Mari. Now looking back I realize it doesn't matter what I said/that I sent it. Just realize I will never be able to change the views other have on me. Keep forgetting that one.

You know the thing is that I personally have sent emails and things.
Which I have trouble remembering to make sure that they make sense
first. Or that I'm not angry when I'm sending them.

just wanted to say hi and i hope by now you are feeling better about the email. when i do/say something that later i feel awkward about or get a bad reaction to, i have a hard time shaking the feeling afterwards... but i notice that others often move on rather quickly. sometimes it helps me to remember that, it makes everything feel less ominous so i can feel better about it sooner.

I have a hard time not putting my foot in my mouth during conversations. To quote my sister I "just don't think before (I) talk."
And I have sent some unwise emails myself.

We beat ourselves up unmercifully for these kind of things, but we all have to remember (afterwards ;) ) that we can't turn back time.

I hope nothing comes of that email.
