workers comp settlement & taxes
 
I know this has been asked before But I can't find any info on it. I'm in Pa & I received my settlement earlier this year; any taxes on lumpsum settlements?

L&I (work comp) benefits are an insurance benefit, and therefore are generally not taxable. But you can check for yourself on the Pa website: http://www.portal.state.pa.us/portal...mode=2#whatare
