litigation again 11-1
 

Started a week ago, then I never was questioned, just the ex and his wife, so it would take so long, extended to tomorrow.

In the delay however, I found documents that really are the cream against the issue showing fraud. I also have De's closest friend, and my neighbor that experienced the ex harassing, stalking, then the big pow that shows the fraud.

Any one can sue anybody for anything, but the lies twice now under oath, then the idiot claims I commited the fraud and worse....
It has taken a toll on my health, the anxiety panic, really have had chest pain, crying spells, once I was hospitalized because of the heart rate and blood pressure recently.

THis was so avoidable......the kids are so upset seeing me like this, but boy am I ready for the both of them.

LOL i love the pink panther movies... and i used to like the cartoon (like, in the 70's or whenever it ran (the "new" one has like, neon colors, eeks.) a production of it... like a play? kewwwwl! :D

anyway, when i posted the pic above, i had not thought in terms of the pink panther being the bad guy to get. i love the actual cartoon pink panther character... resourceful, enterprising, clever, and always leaves the dufus inspector in the dust! etc... and "think pink" and the lightbulb like inspiration... sending panther powers and girl cheer to Di... or something? ok ok i know, i'm weird. :o

oh well. :p just thought i'd better 'splain. :o

Oh it was so good to come in and find all the uplifting messages.

Although everything is in my favor as I told the truth, the entire procedure is emotional heart breaking. It shows what an idiot and liar my ex was.
His attorney did a great job for me. The support documents that I was told were destroyed he found in the warehouse,. HE never bothered to read them all, and how damaging they were to ex. Believing the ex as to how I drug him back to court for modifications.
Instead is located the warrant for his arrest for failure to pay, that he used net pay writing off his hobby expenses, and his pay went down from the same employer.

I had to thank him for locating the files, I had been so disapointed they may have been lost.

Also the multiple other records......I stated everything truthfully, the ex stated what he believed in his twisted mind,.

What is unreal is to have this be now going into another day of hearings. Physically, mentally it is abusive and avoidable.
What a bum...he still had a chance with our other children, no he could not care less, GREED. Allienated all chances, but with his morals I do not care.
It will be an extended period of time until everyone had an open date.

I have been in criminal trials that did not take so long. I can not tell you how helpful it is to have my friends with trials of their own to think of my family,
I think of you all and send love and prayers for you all.

Isn't it funny how 2 people can have such different memories of the past- sometimes very self-serving. I guess they have to twist things to make their misdeeds acceptable.

I'm sorry you've had to go through all this. And your poor children!
