USA / 'The Good Wife': Michael J. Fox

If you don't already watch The Good Wife on CBS, may want to watch this one on Tuesday, Nov. 9.

"Canning [MJF], who uses his condition to sway the jury during a test case for an enormous class action law suit against a pharmaceutical company."

Can somebody post a reminder right before it starts that night? thank you.

"The Good Wife" show is well done and it will be interesting to see how this episode with MJF pans out. Before we blast him for role playing and sending such an "irresponsible" impression to the public, let us not forget how often we have recommended, when applying for SSDI, to go to your interview OFF meds. IMHO

Missed it!

Rats! I forgot to watch. And I would never advise anyone to go off meds - in fact, it is illegal to do so, but I think it would be difficult to prove/disprove.

Rats, I missed it also.
Peggy, I have never heard that it was illegal to go to your SSDI interview off meds. If your meds control your symptoms without any off periods then you are bound by honor to present yourself as such but if meds give you an on state for 2 hours and then you are off for 3 hours throughout the day, should you not present yourself in your true state? Just curious

Serious perception problem

paula
As we say in Tennessee, "You can't get blood out of a turnip!" lol

I am really having serious perception problems, especially when it comes to time and spatial*concepts. I have been operating under the assumption that today is tomorrow for about a week now.

*Note the spelling. The words "spatial" and "special" are homophones when pronounced with Southern drawl dialect.

I have had some type of virus which has my chin looking like the acne covered face of an adolescent in the prime of pubescence. This symptom coupled with nausea could explain my confusion. However, there is a dreaded day rapidly approaching that I have not been able to shake the remembrance of - it doth haunt me day and night and has something to do with 6 (SIX!) decades moan).

Thus, if you could spare me the added tension of receiving a skimming ticket, I would be most appreciative.

And tulip girl (luv your nickname),
I have been meaning to find the reference of this legality about being on/off medications, so give me a little time and like Schwarz . . . Swartzen . . . ARNOLD S's famous line in Terminator, "I'll be back!" (said with his cute accent while fluttering my ashes . . er . . uh . . lashes.)
