He's in Rome!!
:D
Well, he did it!! :) :) My older son, who led me to these forums, took off yesterday with a school group to Rome and then Greece :) ! He's touring Rome as we speak. Not one bit nervous (unlike his mom and dad)....just full of excitement for the trip!!!! A huge step forward for him, I'd say. My thanks and gratitude to his cybermoms for all the help and support which got him to this point :grouphug: . As you may remember, 5 years ago I wasn't sure that I'd get this young man through 7th grade without homeschooling him and he has just blossomed over the past 4 years. I can't tell you how proud I am of him. Dreams do come true :) ;) . Be well my frineds, Tessa |
 Oh Tessa...I feel all weepy with tears of joy for you and your wonderful young man
I sure do remember those days when you were so very worried for his future and just look at him now :D: pat yourself heartily on the back too my friend....cos your diligence and loving perseverance and encouragement helped to provide the stepping stones for him to find his wings and fly:p |
Bless you, Chemar. I'm a bit teary myself!!
We're off for a few days R&R with my younger guy. Wow...times do change! Take care, Tessa |
