Had a flim xray of spine and hips done

My regular doctor ordered an xray of my lumbar and hips because they have been giving me more problems lately. I really need to have another MRI done it's been almost 4 years since I've had one, but it's subject to my high deductable now. The plain film xray showed degenerative disc disease, mild spondylosis of the spine, it was subtle on film but somewhat prominent in relation to my age (41) as stated by the radiologist. It also showed slight bowing of the fat planes in the left hip not sure what that is exactly, he said it could be related to joint fluid. Still don't know whats causing my sensory-motor PN though. I have just been so fatigued lately, have no energy for anything. My joints ache, legs and feet ache, spine is stiff, I get spasms in my back every morning when I get up. I do take my non steroid immflamatory meds at night sometimes, but still wake up feeling horrible. I am so tired of feeling this way.
