dumb question

k right now my shoulders and my armpits/tos area feel warm to the touch..inflamed, does this mean i should ice??

The only place ice felt good to me was on my forearms.
My shoulders , neck, chest, back all do better with warmth.

can you do light lymph massage strokes?
[very light touch stoking toward the core of the body}

could be clogged lymph nodes - they get warm and puffy feeling.

Ice would inhibit the natural drainage, I think , if it is lymph related.

mmm my forearms are fine. i used to ice the insides of my elbows.

ill look into lymph drainage, this is like all of my shoulders, traps, etc. i guess im overstretching. i srsly feel like i cant do ANYTHING anymore, ugh.

Let's see... Does an anti-inflammatory make it better or not? If it does, ice it. If it doesn't, don't. :)
