Surgical tooth extraction #31
 
with this such extraction what is removed and what is the after extraction,aka crowns and such seeing this is a tooth that i misposted as #32 tooth....please could i have such info on the matters of said surgical extraction of said tooth

The term surgical extraction means that the tooth can not be extracted without first surgically exposing it. So the dentist will first have to expose the tooth then extract it either as a whole or in small pieces as it happens in wisdom tooth extractions.
