microvascular disease
 

I have had brain surgery, and am experiencing constant pressure and stabbing headaches again, brought on by exertion and straining. I had two MRIs, and it looks like the surgery site is fine, but the brain MRI is showing microvascular disease. I have an appointment to talk to a neurologist about this and my headaches on Thursday, but I was wondering if anyone here has any experience with this and, if so, what sort of things can I expect? Any particular questions I should ask?
