You have to tell what disease it is related to. A Colostomy can be a life saving event or it can have a utilitarian use.

How are you and your wife doing

I am in the brain fine I think lol
Colostomy bag get people when they can't go to toilet,
and we Pals have big problem with toilet .
I just thought maybe is good solution like peg and trach .
Is more simple than trach or peg .

For ALS I think a colostomy would be drastic, stinky and not sexy at all!
