If you received a fully favorable decision, that means all of your aliments were taken into consideration.

If you received a partial favorable decision, the letter would have been self explanatory. You would know exactly why the decision was partial.

There is no section on the SSD website to explain the ALJ or SSD decision on your case that I am aware of. You can check for yourself: http://www.ssa.gov/disability/

You can request your case records from the Social Security Disability Officd. They will give you a CD with all your case notes which should give you a good idea why you were approved.

Online access only lists your amount, your kids' amounts, and lets you change your direct deposit info (or, at least they were the only practical things I noticed)

Then you have no way of knowing whether it was one certain dx or the combined effect of all of them that got you approved.

It doesn't matter.....even if one of your conditions improves, if your functional ability stays the same, you are still disabled. Keep seeing your doctors as you have been. Try to let this worry go......

How do I get online access?

Go to http://www.ssa.gov/onlineservices/ and click on either 'if you have ssi' or 'if you have ssdi' and then click on 'get a password' then wait a few weeks for them to mail (regular mail, not email) you a temporary password.

I received my CD within a week. The CD came from my local SSA office.
