OT a friend to love and smile

Just sharing a friend that stopped by tonight. The kids were out sleigh riding and made a first snowman with the grandson.
What fun
Di

WOW, those are great. I remember those days.:)

Thanks for sharing, I haven't seen snow in 3 yrs living in the southwest.

I don't miss it though.

Hugs, Nikko:hug:

((((((Di)))))),

Ooooh, be still my heart!! What a very handsome snowman. I think The Moose might be falling in love :p

Is this the grandbaby's first snowman?? Or just the first snowman of the season??

I remember my son's first snowman -- South Carolina -- with his grandparents (my Mom and Dad). Kind of skinny snowman. They didn't get much snow back then.

Grandbaby's open up a whole 'nother part of the heart don't they :heartthrob:

You've been in my heart and my thoughts a lot lately, Dianne. Love and hugs.

Hi gang

It was such great fun to watch them. oldest is 32 and his wife too, grandson is 20 months, son 24, and Katie 11. This was the first deep snow, 13" with 3 inches of ice in between, wet enough to make a snowman. He is over 6 feet tall and fat as can be. Packed tight and sculped in to smooth round balls, Looks nothing like my odd shaped snowmen of the past, lol.

Shame the weather is supposed to break and be in the mid 30's the next few days. We are to have wintery mix storms perhaps bringing rain; OH NO!

We waited all winter to finally be able to sleigh ride. It was always there the thought of my daughter not enjoying it, but she must have been there in spirit to ride down the mountain on the toboggan.

Gosh, I remember one winter a ten foot tall snowman still hanging around until easter, too funny!
Glad you all enjoy,
Dianne

PS Isabella Angel Bear finally arrived, amid the delay in travel due to the snow. She is beautiful, almost heavenly. I love her so much.

((((((Di)))))),

Isabella Angel Bear is so pretty (and cute).

She's got the same sad look on her face that you do. I hope you two can hold each other 'til the tears pass.

Love and hugs.

Di,

I remember the favorite part about snow as a kid in NJ was the anticipation of hearing the man on the radio saying if my school was closed.

De was there in spirit alright.

Love ya,
