B12 Question........
I am not B12 deficient (758). I would assume it would not be advisable to take a supplement in this case, is this correct?

At this point, that decision is up to you.
I have in the B12 thread a copy of Dr.Snow's paper, which was the turning point, in B12 therapy and diagnosis for medical doctors. http://neurotalk.psychcentral.com/post698522-70.html Quote:
Treating these with B12 was suggested by him, therefore. It may be that some people just need MORE than others. B12 is not something that is expensive or dangerous, so you can do this yourself. If you decide to take the B12, you should see some improvements within 3 months or so to guide you. |
