Harvard scientists reverse the ageing process
In mice, reactivating the enzyme telomerase led to the repair of damaged tissues and reversed the signs of ageing.
That's the big news of the day. They did it with a protein that is presumably patentable once they get it fine tuned. But those of us who don't have time to wait might google "preserves telomeres" - "Exercise preserves telomere length in the face of chronic stress ..." "Omega 3 Oils Slow Aging by Preserving Telomeres" "Stress Can Shorten Telomere Length and Age Cells Prematurely ..." |
why would they do that?
I would have to do this longer? no thanks. Isn't it someone else's turn on this planet? With us leaving it in such good shape and all, spending money on how to live forever while entire countries are starving.
i'm not shooting the messenger rick; this has to be (IMHO) the biggest waste of money of all. Wonder who was competing for that money. |
Paula, you made me LOL
