Lumbar Spine MRI
Please help - what does this mean???
-Desiccation of L4-L5 and L5-S1, no osseous findings -L4-L5 impression on thecal sac by broad based central and left paracentric disk protusion, thecal sac is normal in caliber, L5 roots unremarkable, no suspicious facet or foraminal findings. -L5-S1 there is a large downward extending left paracentral disc extrusion that has mass effect on the thecal sac and more so on the merging S1 nerve root that is posteriorly displaced. Mild facet anthropathy and combined left foraminal narrowing -T2 intense right renal lesion that is incompletely studied, but likely a cyst -intermediate intensity right hepatic lobe lesion possibility of hemangioma |
