Everyday a new surprise!

Well, today I feel the burn, yesterday the buzz, the day before that the pin pricks, only to be combined with on and off electrical wormey's and a vibration for good measure.

I would have to say the burn is the most unpleasant, of course they all stinks!
Because I am non-length dependent, my thigh feels like a lighted match is being run under the skin every few minutes all day today. Can't wait until bedtime, maybe when I wake up tomorrow it will be gone, only to be replaced by my second least favorite the buzz......

Sorry I just needed to tell someone who cares and understands. Everyone in my "face to face" world just gives me a blank stare.

I know what you mean. Seems like a roller coaster we can't get off. Can you talk to your Dr. to see if they can increase your Gaba or add something else to help? When we feel less we are better emotionally.

Yes--

--many of us, especially we non-length-dependent types, find ourselves waking up each day wondering what it has in store for us, and where.

I've sometimes described it as a giant garage sale going on in various parts of my body.

That kind of guessing game we can do without. Oh, well - seems as if we're stuck with it in varying degrees.......

I find bathing in luke warm/cool water with Epsom salts gives relief for burning and I also have gel-filled cold compresses in the freezer, they are a God send and accompany me to bed many a night.
I am due my fourth Lidocaine Infusion tomorrow and they are fantastic at keeping the pain at bay- they are really uncomfortable day 2-5 and then I get my life back for three weeks before it wears off.

Good luck and stay positive.
