Just wanted to post this link...it is a great tool to track your moods, meds and sleep patterns. Easy to use and you can print out a graph to give your tdoc or pdoc.

I tried to find out how to sign up but finally got tired of waiting for the pages to download. Just last week my abuse counselor has me keeping track of my moods.

Yep, i have dial up. I still have to figure out how to sign up for it. I don't have the patience to wait for it tonight though.

you can track your meds and sleep and anxiety and journal if you like.
