A question on SCS, shocking pains

I was just looking up answers for why my SCS is acting up it's been a month post op.Came across your forum and thought just maybe someone has experienced something simular and could at least let me know it's okay. Last night I sort of sqatted to get the dogs water bowl, like many times before. And I felt this major sting and then burning. And now today it seems to be doing it frequently .. The pain doesn't last but a second but it's a killer when it happens. So not sure how normal that is .. It honestly feels like my incision in my back is going to pop open and it's totally healed. So not sure if this is anything to worry about and would love some imput. It's not like when you cough or laugh .. Please if anyone has experienced this let me know .. Thanks everyone for your time reading this~
