cant sit and have conversation w one person w/out getting dizzy and headache

What is going on?? I sat w a friend for an hour or so and wound up dizzy ..which I get all the time but the headache was insane.

I can't talk on the phone more than 10 mins without getting dizzy and my head feeling all weird.

But I physically feel fine until I talk! I feel ike I'm going insane
