Why Is My Numb Hand/Arm Always Cold?

My right hand and most of my right arm has been numb now for several years. Permanent nerve damage from a really severe flare.

Recently I've noticed that my right hand and arm stay cold. Not just feel cold but actually are cold to the touch. My left hand stays warm but my right is noticeably cold.

What causes this? Does anyone else have this.....even with different parts of your body being numb?

It's the nerve transmission, Kell. When I first had MS, I would go barefoot in the morning wet grass...My bad leg/foot felt warm:eek: and my good side felt cool:cool:, as it should.

My feet and legs are rather obviously, persistently numb... but one thing that's really weird is that, (even though my fingers aren't often numb, and if so, it's subtle), cold water on my fingers/hand feels warm!

I have to feel it on my wrist to determine the right temperature!

$10 bet that the underlying cause is CCSVI.

My feet used to be crazy cold before CCSVI treatment. That resolved while I was on the operating table!
