Hip pain

This has been a rough day. I have had pain in both hips. I do have arthritis and I am overweight, but I've never had such severe bilateral hip pain that it's difficult to walk. Holy cow.

I'm sorry, B2U. Pain of any kind can be so exhausting. Could it possibly be the cold humid weather? I get hip pain, too, sometimes because of the way I walk. I take Aleve on mornings that it causes me pain. I hope you can find a good remedy for it. :hug:
