Normast has been demonstrated to decrease pain in diabetic neuropathic pain, lumbosacral pain, carpal tunnel syndrome and nervus medianus compression pain.

I think normast = Pain free for Ntoser and minors side effects if any.

Stopping mast cell may allow a possible treatement for the fibrosis in combinaison of pentoxifylline and tocopherol.

But the problem is : It's only sold in italia

As far as mast cell degranulation; I tried a mast cell stabilizer a year ago in the hopes of inhibiting degranulation. Didn't do very much for me. The drug was tranilast.

Stresam works fairly well so far.

Any movement induce a reperfusion injury and give a chance to reactivate all the cascade (i think). Too bad they aren't real NO agonist, or muscle relaxant...
