Does anybody else here live with MS and rheumatoid arthritis?

I live with both diseases and have found a basket full of others who do as well. We all seem to have similar issues and for a combination of diseases which used to be believed very rare, it certainly seems slightly more prevalent to me.

But then again, this is the internet where it's easier to find the information and people you are searching. So many people find my blog and other writings using the "multiple sclerosis and rheumatoid arthritis" search terms so I know that others are looking for information.

If you do have this comorbidity, I would love to talk to you.

About a year back I woke up one day and every single one of my joints was just aching to the point where I could barely function. It went away in under a week and has not come back.

My neuro said that it wasn't arthritis, but arthralgia?

Good thing that the pain hasn't come back. Arthralgia simply means joint pain, specifically if there is no inflammation. Too often the cause of pain stays a mystery, especially when it resolves on its own. Let's hope that your pain (previous pain) remains a mystery.
