Perfect Exerciser!!

http://www.qvc.com/qic/qvcapp.aspx/v...Exerciser-wDVD

I need to do cardio and upper body strength exercises but cannot go to the gym or do weight resistance/lifting here at home. I was watching QVC (:o) and saw this and thought it would be perfect! Very reasonable price, too.

If you watch the video presentation it shows how you can do most of the exercises either sitting down or lying on the bed. They can be done standing up but for those who cannot this would be perfect.

I can't wait to receive it and get started. Thought maybe others here would find this beneficial.

I go to the gym and use one of those, they are really good :)!

Ever since I have been ill, I have put on LOTS of weight. The gym I go to is really good and they have tailor-made programs for people with disabilities so they know what kind of machinery you can use. This was suggested by my personal trainer and it's helped lots :)! I have back issues and it has helped strengthened my back (my PTs noticed a difference), it's strengthened my arms and I have also lost 4lb in weight in the last week I have been going :)!

Good Luck with it, i'm sure you'll find it helpful. It doesn't hurt me to use it and I rather enjoy it :)!

Take care,
Alison

That's pretty cool! Looks a lot like what they gave me in P.T., except less dangerous :D. I may have to try this one, too! Thanks for posting this, Kelly!

I want one! I think I'm going to have to tell Hubby that the next thing he buys me needs to be this. We might as well buy two so we can work out together!

Cool, Kelly! You'll definitely have to give us updates on how it is working for you.

I got my exerciser and it's wonderful! Very easy to use and the video that came with it is a short, 15-minute explanation of how to use it with some examples.

This will certainly help me with my posture and my upper body strength. I'm really glad I got this. :)

:( Haven't been able to use it at all because of upper arm pain. Hopefully this will go away soon and I can get busy exercising.

I want one! My arms are weak, especially when they're above my head. Maybe this will help..that, and my entire body. Thanks!

I think it will help. That's the main reason I got it.....for upper body strength and toning. As soon as my left arm feels better I plan on using this exerciser daily.
