numbness in hand due to neck pain what I do to help

HI everyone, reading lots of post, and here is what I am doing for my neck pain, ( had it for 6 month on and off ) with numbness at night, in both hands I am doing pete egoscue method for realign the spine, ( have bad back too for a very long time ) "pain free" is the cheaper version, great book, by pete egoscue then "treat your own neck" by robin mc kensies really a great book, I do all the exercises everyday and it has helped quite a lot, right now 70 % less sciatica I guess, to keep the neck and spine moving, I tried doing nothing, and was way worse. any suggestions of spine realignement beside Yoga for scoliosis which is a great book too
Keep searching, and hope, I am too, for pain free life.
thanks virginie:Heart:

Yes, those are really good books, I checked them out of the library quite a few times for work related injuries.

"pain free at the PC" I think was the title for that one, but many of the books have similar exercises, for alignment and helping with pain and posture.

But look in your library most of his books are there. Even in thrift stores.
