Hi and welcome, jisme!

I'm 55 and have had PN for about 4 years. There is plenty to learn about PN on this site, and you'll find that there are lots of really nice, knowledgeable, patient people who can answer almost any question. I'm not one of them. Well, I think I'm nice at least.

Do you not have a doctor because you don't have insurance, or is there another reason? Doctors can often prescribe medications that might help with the pain. It's a trial and error process a lot of the time--I'm still trying to find the right one or combination, and everyone is different. But there are folks here who have found what works for them.

Good luck and keep coming back--we're happy to have you here.

Celiac patients often have malabsorption of nutrients.

Beginning with B12 especially, but also magnesium, zinc, and other things.

Have you had testing for B12 and Vit D3? I'd insist upon it and get the test result numbers and bring them back here.

Alot can be done for you. Don't give up.
