Fumarates and MS: very interesting!

This is the same formula as Carnitor RX

Carnitine is used sometimes for PN. Also some drugs like Depakote deplete it so those patients benefit from the supplement. And there are genetic errors of carnitine synthesis in the body.

The fumarate information is interesting...so I will post this on our PN board too, today.

I wonder if it's only a successful supplement if you combine it with an interferon med? Would it serve any purpose by itself? I'll be interested in hearing about the study results this summer.

Evaluation is being expected for summer 2011. Wish the docs had known about this when my dad was alive...he had bad psoriasis...
