SSDI reviews and SSDI title 2?

On average, does just about everybody pass the SSDI review if one is taking the prescibed medications and following up with doctors?

Has anyone here ever been removed from SSDI on a review?

My husbands case worker feels he will likely win his SSDI case yet becuase he is only 42 he will need a review in 12 mnths. My husband has a seizure disorder, he had a brain tumor removed.

Also what is SSDI Title 2? Is

Thanks!

I am curious about the same thing. I get my review in 3 years. I am paranoid about it....I am playing chess in my brain already and it is 3, well, no, 2 years away now.

My personal opinion after being on SSDI since 1996 (and I'm only 47 now), is that they can see via your medicare claims whether you're still getting treatment. I think reviews are 'partially' based upon what they see for claims.

I have had only one full review and it was about 2-3 years after approval. I have never had one since.

Taking medication and seeing a doctor is not proof that a person has no medical improvement. The doctor's records could show that a person has gotten better and has improvement in functioning because of regular medical care and treatment. So I don't think SSA will ever assume that because a person has regular medical care that it means that they are still too disabled to work.
