High level phenylalanine in Turkey.

A report in a German psychiatry journal, (sorry, don't have original paper) has stated that dopamine levels can be increased by eating turkey. Turkey contains an L-Dopa precurser, phenylalanine, in high levels. The synthetic route to dopamine in the brain is,
Protein---->phenylalanine---->tyrosine---->L-Dopa---->dopamine.

Because of PKU which is a hereditary disease, there exists many food charts to list the phenylalanine content of common foods.
Here is one:

Notice that most protein from animal sources is high.
There is also phenylalanine in Nutrasweet.

Turkey is good, but there are others just as high or higher. (Gelatin of all things!). Hello Jello!
