Inspection done body protesting
Hi all, I am so so weary after all the increased work of getting ready for housing inspector so I can get my housing aid annually. I am so grateful for my home aide! Of course she does most of the work. Yesterday morn before the inspection there were still somethings only I could do/finish and that plus the small amount of talking with the inspector pushed me into that place where body is just saying, "NO MORE!!" I wasnt even sure if I should have a meal after the inspector left as I had all the muscle spasming thru chest-throat again cause I had to do what I had to do and I pushed. I needed to rest and stop using muscles.
Then lastnite I was in awful pain cause I forgot to wear my support collar to help my neck support my head thru all the bending and looking down sorting papers, clothes. I have had that much pain in some time from that. Thankfully that is better today but I sure am wearing my collar for everything today tho I am resting as my main job to recover. I had the massively itchy bump come on in my thumb lastnite late. Another road sign from my body. I havent had one of these for years. I used to call them my stress bumps. No kidding! I stll have to fullfill what the paperwork lady needs at housing on my uncomvered medical, get IV fluids this weekend to get more vit D in me, have the home aid nurse come for the eval which an hour of intake (talking) that I dont need and hopefully hopefully get the eye movement specialist next Wednesday in the City 2 hours away. I think it's wonderful that things are finally progressing for you in a such a wonderfully positive direction. Take them one at a time (they seem to be fairly well spaced), focus on getting tons of rest in-between these appointments - - and you will be in such a much better place when it is all behind you!!
The IV fluids with vitD will be a big boost right in the middle of it all. That was super good planning on your part, Annie. |

I hesitate to add my reaction to your statement, it seems like the last thing you need is more on your mind, you have so much going on, but I am going to bring it up just in case it is helpful. I remember reading somewhere that Nightshade family foods (potatoes, chilis, tomatoes...) can cause this kind of reaction, as well as pain, for some people. Maybe someone else has more information to offer about this. Stress can cause so many problems for those of us with autoimmune disorders... Please let your doctor know about it. |
Yeah this day is ending. Also the nurse from the aid agency was nice. She didnt seem to be in 'agency mode' using the evasive speech I had been getting around my shower getting started especially. I learned who specifically was holding up my shower and showed her the document I had that showed that I it was all in place months ago and it was fully legimate in that was that boss told her didnt apply. Tho was never told this in ALL the conversations I had it was about she said that it took a minmum of 3 items to be done to have it paid for by medicaid. So this means a showee needs to have 3 things that would add up to an hours visit. But that was all on my sheet that was done months ago. It has help in and out of shower, help undress and dress, lotion to body (and 2 more).
I said since this is a carbonless copy I have what happens to the original at your office? Wouldnt be entered in to your computer so when I called as I did to get it started it would be done? She didnt know as she was brand new. When she said they probably didnt tell my daughter due to HIPPA I said my daughtere is cleared for all as I cant always talk. While she was nice I am still glad I am leaving this agency. Like the other nice one she wont last. Annie59 |
