Does anyone have elbow pain

is severe elbow pain part of anyone's symptoms

Is yours sore all around the elbow area or mainly at the very point of the elbow?

Early on I had some soreness & tenderness around the elbow area along with my other hand & arm sx, and it was dx'd as epicondylitis.

But I think mine then was due to all the upper body tension and spasmed muscles , but at the time the PT rx was only for arm & hand treatment...:(

I forgot to add that last week I started having really sharp pains right at the outside point of the elbow.
Slightly sore but not too bad until I bump or touch it right on that spot then OUCHY!

Getting better now, though.
I think I irritated both elbows by spending too much time on the laptop the day before.
I had it on the coffee table , too low I know, and was leaning forward with my elbows on my knees a lot.:(

Mine is the entire elbow area down to the underside of my hand and wrist. Pain is identical on both sides. I get relief when I lay down only. I've had ulnar and median nerve release to no avail. Mine is not only tenderness but a searing, burning, unrelenting pain, now also on the right side of my neck and ear.

Yes, all to familiar.

bilateral is double dose...

I did find that talking on the phone irritated my elbows and made my forearms very weak, very quick. I guess it was the bent and up to the ear that got me. I have a headset now, or limit my time on the handhelds.

Lost my Bluetooth, ugh ! ! ! the cheaper Motorola was more userfriendly.

You probably need a hairdryer on a stand.

Brushing my teeth was painful for years... squeezing out the toothpaste caused pain... Hard to believe, I know, but I've lived through it and didn't like it one bit. And I'm not a better person because of my looooooooong ordeal with TOS and scalenes, pecs, arms, thumbs, elbows, wrists, hands, neck, back, leg experience. Still wish it had never happened and I would have never known the trouble it could be.

yea, and gripping with my thumbs and hands can cause pain all the way to the ears. No fun. do less of it...

try to keep your arms outstretched, palms up if possbile.

I propped my shoulder and arms up with pillows.

I've used 3 inch balloons in my armpits to open up some space, I thought.

LED and infrared light therapy pads have taken my upper body pain scale down tremendously.

You will have to research and identify as much as you can about your symptoms, causes, and if any help or relief. I'm sure there's lots to read under my Avator to help.

Just let us know what is your most difficult tasks to get through and maybe we can help you get lined out that way...

Hope you find some peace some way. I did take pills, but that didn't help too much either. Still too much for one human to bear. miserable trying to get through a day or night when your arms are not cooperating.

Hang in there
