The long nights
 

I'm having a hard time getting through the nights resently. I seem to be filled with dread. I feel so isolated too. Before I sleep,I hear my heart beating. I listen for irregularies.

I'm tired of all the years that I've been struggling. BF:hug::hug::hug:

it is well into daytime where i am - i am UTC+1.

so i am awake and often near the computer. can check posts in case you want to talk.

I am new. This thread caught my eye. I hate nightime...I am so depressed. Same routine. It is dark and lonely. :):)

Thank you so much. It is looking like rain out there, so my head mental state is going to be bad today. I am not a pessimist, I am bipolar, along with other disabilities.
I sound like I am mean, but I am not. I am compassionate and nice. I hope I will learn many things on this website as well as offer my help to those who may need it.
