Ach Receptor Binding ATB

Have any of you (or anyone you may know about) ever had an AchR Binding ATB test that was positive in the beginning and then negative later?? Teelae

No, but it can happen. Neg then pos or pos then neg. So much of it depends on the lab (says my neuro) and how they perform the test. And the levels of antibodies in your system is not constant.

Are there any other MG tests that vary depending on antibody levels?

Also is ATB a term you see in the test results? And what does it mean.

ATB means antibody or Antibiotic, depends on what goes with it. AchR ATB is the acetylcholine receptor antibody.
