Migraine with hematoma and paralize on right side

I have severe migraines sometimes when exposed to chemicals I react to. The migraine is so bad I have hemmoraghes in the temples, forehead and face, and I paralyze on my right side.

I take Rel-pax when I feel a migraine onset coming on.
