what are the symptoms of a csf leak?
 

a friend is a dr...and she asked me if i was checked for a csf leak. I had an mri of the brain and inner ear back a while ago, but the result was brain was fine..nothing with inner ear.

From what I understand, you would have clear, mildly salty fluid leaking out your nose, ear or down your throat if the leak connects to those parts. If it was inside somewhere else? Hmm. Guess I don't know a lot about it, just a little. Maybe someone else does!

as becca says but the fluid needs to be checked beta 2 tranfering test with abi its hard to tell but a head ache on standing or exertion ,tinnitus, balance I leaked from my nose but then down my throat I had dye injected in my spine but they said that test will only show large leeks truly hope you are not leaking CSF its horrible as your csf pressure yo yo,s migraine it the result in my case meningitis is also a worry
