I've lived in my bldg 11 yrs. the last 3 &1/2 yrs with my E.S.A. after nearly getting lynched by my P.O.S. bldg mgr. After he knew of bunny for 1 & 1/2 yrs. got my V.A. phych to write scrip. all good now.
does my animal have a right to outdoor space ?

Why not? You have access to outdoor space and your ESA goes with you.
Any questions, contact your county Tenant/Landord website or Google, "Civil Rights Attorneys Emotional Support Dog discrimination.

I am currently going through this (my landlord is refusing to let me have my Assistance dog because he is a Doberman. I have contacted the TenantsLawCenter in San Diego County, while my dog sits in a rescue shelter 25 miles away.
