Don't want to live anymore
I feel so tired and sick of everything. I feel so much pain! I want it to stop!

Hi Axelle.
Many of us have felt they way you said. Keep talking to us. There is also another group here at Neurotalk you might want to visit... that would be the SOS forum (Survivors of Suicide) ... many folks whose lives have been touched by suicides, whether desired, attempted, completed, or contemplated... Survivors of Suicide Forum Tell us about the pain. What kind of pain do you have? (((hugs))) hang in there ~ waves ~ |
I've made too much mistakes
I've done much mistakes. I disappointed the one who loved me. Now they are all gone and it hurts! Sometimes i do say to myself that i deserve all that's happening to me! But now the pain is too much and it won't make a difference if i'm not there anymore

A couple of quick, but I think important things...
So good that you came here. Lots of smart people here who can truly empathize with what you are going through. ****I'm sure you aleady know this, but it is worth repeating, if you have suicidal thoughts, it is best to get yourself to am emergency room immediately, right away, ASAP! This is nothing to be ashamed of. Just, simply do it. Protect yourself. This is urgent. Also, are you seeing your physician (MD) regularly? This is vital! He or she should know right away that you are concerned that your meds aren't working as well as they should. In addition, are you seeing someone for talk therapy? (Also vital!) Sometimes (not always...but sometimes) a psychologist or some one else in the mental health field might actually be a little better for 'talk therapy' than an MD psychiatrist who usually has more expertise with medications. Prozac is sometimes a tricky med with bipolar illness and you might want to ask the doc about it. Don't hesitate to get in to see the doctor again or even to get a second opinion. Make sure you try your best using healthy means to get the proper sleep at night and then have something productive to do each day. Even if for now it seems like something smalll...that is fine. Don't worry about any mistakes. That is the past. Tomorrow is another day. Listen to those here who understand and are pushing forward even having to contend with this difficult illness. Let your doctors and those with experience help you. PLEASE let you doctor know right away what is going on. And as best as you can, take whatever steps you can to help yourself to be healthy, happy and moving forward. It starts with calling the doctor and telling him immediately exactly what is going on or going to the ER as stated above. Sending good thoughts. |
thank you vowel lady, these are wise words!
There are no quick fixes...i know from experience the medication merry go round until you find the right mix it is very frustrating. keep talking we are listening. (((((HUGS)))) bizi |

Dear Axelle, Telephone the doctor who put you on Prozac. That doctor needs to know how you feel. If you cannot reach the doctor, you can go to the emergency room at the hospital. M. |

Is this physical pain or mental or both????

We understand desperation, and are here to talk, and to help you through it. You are very valuable, and have worth. When our emotions are hurting, pains from the past come to the surface sometimes. Ask for the Lord to help you,and to forgive you for the mistakes you have made in the past. Then think of it as false guilt, for it's a heavy thing to bear. The Lord is close to the broken hearted. I have been to the point where I wanted to end it all,but I'm still here. Circumstances changed,I found help, and new strength. BF:hug::grouphug::grouphug::grouphug::hug: |
