Ok, I was born and reared in L.A. I've been a Lakers fan my whole life and we played our first post season game vs. N.O. Hornets this afternoon and we lost 109-100. :( We are a great team and are trying to win our 3rd championship in a row or "3-pete" and we lost the first game at home. I hope we do better next Wed. :cool:

I dont follow sports or teams, but see many folks who live a breathe for their fav team. I moved from Connecticut where the girls basketball team is a real hit. They have won many many titles and glories and folks go crazy. When there it was all about NY whatever team, and when we moved to New HAmpshire we found this to be a Red Sox nation. They even lead the evening news with REd Sox news. I thought for sure Japan would lead, but nope, it was REd Sox. lol.

Hang in there, I am sure they will win again.

hahahaha I know. I'm used to winning. Thankfully though my kids are more important to me than the Lakers. it still hurts though. :(
