Copaxone keeps the bugs away.

I haven't been using Copaxone for a long time now, but I do recall one of the positive side effects of this medication was that mosquitoes didn't want anything to do with me! The person beside me could be covered in those little suckers, and I had none within earshot of me.

Has anyone else noticed the bugs leaving them alone on Copaxone or another MS medication?

Now that I've stopped the Copaxone they're liking me again.

They love me with or without C. I was covered in them, and they bite hard! then, they died. it was funny, you could watch them suck on your arm and then when they tried to fly away, they simply spun off and died. We have some really aggressive black flies and mosquitos here.

I dont miss the stuff.

Unfortunately no, they love me with or without the C...

Perhaps I just reeked of the drug in my own body chemical workings. :D

Most expensive bug repellent ever? :p

I don't know about the skeets, but it sure didn't affect the black flies. I think I'd shoot myself up with frog pee if it kept the black flies away.

I don't notice a difference. But, mosquitos never really bother me. It has to be due to body chemistry. DD20 and I rarely get mosquito bites. DD19, poor thing, they love and during the summer she always has bite marks all over her.

You know I have noticed other people being bitten more since I switched to Ty... then again it could be because those people can tolerate being outdoors and I cannot. LOL
