The escape plan

Do you escape the pain, at least for a little while, when you sleep at night? This is from the total relaxation of the mind
and body. For me the first thing I think about in the morning is taking my pills. Pills, pain and more pills. But, just for a little while, I escaped the enemy that rules all my waking hours.
When I woke up this morning, it was to the annoying sound of white noise in my ear. It sounds like static and it can get very noisey at times. Do any of you have this white noise that by turning up the volume on the T.V. you hope will drown out the sound of it? (Doesn't work anyway) Well I think it is time for my pills and I think I will rest in my favorite chair and lay my head back and doze awhile. This is my blessed escape. Doodle bug7

My heart is rendered for the pain you are suffering. I can empathize with your great escape!! When I suffered from TN, I always looked forward to bedtime. i would take naps to escape the monster. May your rest in your favorite chair be sweet and may it add to your wherewithal to continue on. Huge hugs!!
