I officially announce I'm done having MS. I'm going to use my time to start walking again and no more naps. If I really tried and wasn't such a lazy thing on the dole (SSDI) and not even working, I could whip this thing. MIL says if anyone can beat it, I can. After I beat it, I'll check back in and tell you all how to do it.

I had a relative with a form of muscular dystrophy, and her husband would tell her "You can't walk because you've got yourself convinced you can't. If you'd just try, you could walk." Obviously he's not someone with whom I discuss MS.

Did she tell you just to "visualize" yourself walking? I've heard that one before.

I do believe that mind is the builder...but this disease also has a mind of it's own, and it has given me cog fog, so it's not a fair fight!!:hissyfit:
