gardening...didn't kill be ..but wow was i exhausted

kept me busy the past two days -- I was more exhausted today though.

And I did this all WITH FULL BLOWN allergies! I hate gardening..but I guess it will do for now!

How long into you're recovery are you?

I'm 3 months now and certainly know I shouldn't be gardening. I'm no doc but if you are still feeling an onslaught of PCS symptoms it's not a good idea.

The most difficult part of PCS, for me, is the recommended approach to recovery. Sitting in a dark quiet room for 10 hours a day until I am symptom free.

Especially now, in our modern world where we are constantly DOING and THINKING. I've learned how anxious I really am and how difficult it is to just truly relax for extended periods of time.

I actually feel guilty about being on my computer right now because I know it's taking significant concentration to write this.

It's been 3 months now and feel I have made very little progress. Symptoms are the same as they were 2 months ago. But I also look back at what I was doing then and realize I certainly was not resting.

Keep hang'n in there!

well at 8 months going stir crazy and the emotional end of sitting in a dark room got me even more crazy. I can't tolerate much...just learned I can do a few plants then go sit....water...sit...guess that's how I will have to work.

My headaches are getting better...less frequent..but the fatigue is pretty bad...I am sure the meds aren't helping fatigue either.

Even conversations wear me out.

any suggestions there?
