Julstro -- another option

I have been very busy. I meant to get this on the forum before now.

This lady is great. She did a seminar at our convention last year. I do get the newsletters and she is very helpful and resourceful.

I was going to order the program but I'm doing much better these days and didn't want to put the money into it, and my mom keep us busy last fall going back and forth to the ERs. She's frail, with endstage renal failure and diabetic/heart complications. Very precious to me.

There so much info in it, though, it would be worth it.

Look at it and let me know what you think.

this is interesting - another way to explain why we need to get rid of trigger points first -

[It doesn’t surprise me that stretching it is making it worse. The problem with stretching is that it doesn’t always release the spasms that are shortening the muscle fibers. In fact, I’ve found that most of the time you have to first release the spasms, and then you can safely stretch. The analogy I use is, if you had a 12″ piece of rope and you tied enough knots in it to make it 11″ long, you couldn’t stretch it back to 12″ without first untying the knots. It’s the same thing with your muscles. That’s what the Julstro System does, it shows you how to find the many knots, and how to untie each of them, and then how to safely stretch all the muscles.]

Great post by Julie. She was great at the seminar. I may have to get the system to finish up these challenging TPs and such.

She would make it her best effort to schedule you in, if there's any way possible for any of you to get to her on her journey. (referring to Jo*mar's blog URL above)
