PCS and packing for a move cross country

So I have been trying to deal with PCS since Jan this year and now my husband daughter and I are moving cross country, the day after tomorrow. Its pretty last minute and nothing has been planned out very well. All I want to do is sleep! We are nowhere close to being ready and my body is protesting to everything I want or need to do.

Also my husband keeps saying hes tired too but he can't be weak, he must force himself. I WANT to force myself, and I try, but I still get tiny amounts done. And then I feel the fatigue, tothe point where I can sleep fom 9 pm to 3 pm the next day.

Is it me, or maybe is my body tellin me slow down? Also been feeling more weakness in my muscles...?

thanks for hearin me out!

Your body is telling you to slow down. You may need to try pacing yourself. Work a few hours then take a short (30 minute) nap. If you push too hard, you excite the adrenal system and that can be counter-productive causing a major crash and requiring an all day nap.

Can you enlist some friends to help you get ready to move?

My best to you.
